As an Admin Promotion Support Specialist at PT Digital Growth Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team. Your daily tasks will include managing campaign schedules, coordinating with vendors and partners, and ensuring that all promotional materials are ready on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate promotional campaigns from inception to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials, including emails, newsletters, and social media posts
• Track and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Assist in the development and implementation of promotional strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all promotional activities
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or promotional support role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with promotional campaign management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus
