📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging coding and technology lessons using our proprietary platform, Koding Next.
• Create a fun and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking.
• Provide personalized attention and support to students, helping them develop essential coding and technology skills.
• Collaborate with our team of educators to continuously improve and update our curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of coding and technology.
• Encourage and mentor students to participate in coding competitions and other tech-related activities.
• Promote a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in teaching coding, technology, or a related subject to children.
• Strong knowledge of coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Scratch.
• Experience with educational technology platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Passion for technology and a genuine interest in inspiring and mentoring young students.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
