📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
