📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Represent the department at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR policies and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
