📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Assisting in the administration of medications and treatments.
  • Documenting patient information and maintaining medical records.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhering to all healthcare policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1/S2) with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
