📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR policies and programs to support organizational goals.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Manage performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support the company's expansion plans by managing office logistics and administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR and operations, with a strong background in both functions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR and operational projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a strong advantage.
