Gold Urban Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. We are a rapidly growing company in the urban development sector, and we are looking for someone who can help us maintain a positive and productive work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.

Oversee training and development programs for employees.

Assist in the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
