📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical and operational guidance to mining projects in the tin and mineral resources sector.,Develop and implement mining strategies, including exploration, development, and production planning.,Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for mining projects.,Coordinate with international stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and local communities.,Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards and regulations.,Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Mentor and guide junior consultants and staff members.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the mining industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.,Minimum 10 years of experience in international mining consultancy, with a focus on tin and mineral resources.,Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Asia-Pacific region.,Strong understanding of mining regulations, environmental standards, and ESG principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in using mining software and tools, such as Surpac, Datamine, or similar.,Hold a valid professional license or certification from a recognized institution.
