📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the daily inventory allocation process using SAP and Oracle inventory management software.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels across our distribution centers.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to minimize overstocking and stockouts.
• Ensure accurate and timely replenishment of inventory to retail stores.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff in inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Operations is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
