📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for banking products and services,Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical resources,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Contribute to the development of technical writing best practices and standards,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the banking sector,Provide support to the technical writing team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with banking products, services, and technologies,Experience with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
