Toko Bangunan Kirana Spareparts is looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficient.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Manage fuel and lubricant inventories, ensuring optimal levels and cost efficiency.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely and efficient repairs.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles effectively.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
