📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and work towards resolutions that benefit both the company and the employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to drive continuous improvement.,Support the company's strategic goals by aligning HR practices with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.,Proficient in using HR software and tools for efficient management of HR processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects and initiatives.
