📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate recommendations.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding and orientation.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements to ensure a fair and legal hiring process.,Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
