📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
