📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for retail account managers, focusing on both technical and soft skills
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide mentorship and guidance to retail account managers, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their career goals
• Collaborate with retail account managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail account management and training
• Leverage your international experience to support our global retail partners
• Contribute to the development of our training curriculum and materials
• Support the achievement of our business objectives by ensuring our retail partners are well-equipped to succeed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail account management or a related role
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to relocate to Bali for this role
