In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line IT support to our employees, ensuring that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be involved in network maintenance, including configuring, monitoring, and securing our network infrastructure. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining IT security measures to protect our data and systems from potential threats.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Configure and manage network devices using tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer and Wireshark.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based services and applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services and applications, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
