📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation,Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives,Document IT processes and procedures,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies,Support the IT team in achieving departmental goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and operating systems,Familiarity with common IT tools and software,Good problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies,Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role
