Oversee the audit process from planning to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor the audit team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial operations and internal controls.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the integrity of financial records and processes.,Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in auditing, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
