📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of lab technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.,Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, including sample collection, processing, and analysis.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct training and mentoring for new and existing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Perform quality control checks and ensure that all results meet the required standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations as needed.
