📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain administrative records using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Assist in the planning and execution of mall events and promotions.
• Handle vendor and tenant communications, including contracts and invoices.
• Support the operations team in managing inventory and supplies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in a retail or mall environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
