This role offers a unique blend of academic and administrative responsibilities, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the educational process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and evaluate the academic progress of students using our in-house Learning Management System (LMS).
• Conduct regular check-ins with students and parents to discuss progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop personalized learning plans and provide targeted support.
• Assist in the organization and administration of academic events and activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using our Student Information System (SIS).
• Provide feedback and recommendations to teachers and administrators to improve the overall quality of education.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational policies and programs.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of educational assessment and evaluation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using our LMS and SIS.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian education system and curriculum.
