📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified applicants.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Measure and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
