📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers about Sozo Skin Clinic's skincare products.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.,Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Promoting Sozo Skin Clinic's products through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and in-store promotions.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.,Assisting in the organization and execution of in-store events, such as product launches and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent knowledge of Sozo Skin Clinic's products, including their benefits, ingredients, and usage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
