📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the section.,Leading and motivating the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Representing the company at internal and external meetings and events.,Providing guidance and support to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the company's products, services, and operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance improvements.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
