📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of Indonesian dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily food production.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling.,Train and supervise junior staff, including kitchen helpers.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
