📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with regional managers to coordinate sales activities and ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role in the retail or distribution industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in using sales management software such as Salesforce or SAP.
