You will utilize tools such as Minitab, JMP, and Excel to analyze data and drive data-driven decisions. With 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to our team.

• Identify areas for improvement within the organization using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies.
• Develop and implement improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze data using tools such as Minitab, JMP, and Excel to drive data-driven decisions.
• Measure the impact of improvement initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive.
• Collaborate with senior management to align improvement initiatives with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and deliver training programs to empower employees with improvement skills and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a Business Improvement role, preferably in a manufacturing or process-driven industry.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other improvement methodologies are a plus.
• Proven experience in using data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, and Excel.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to mentor and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
