📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate costing models and systems using SAP and Excel
• Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
• Prepare and present cost reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective operations and drive profitability
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging costing technologies
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on costing principles and practices
• Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in cost reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in costing and financial analysis, preferably in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in advanced costing techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Certification in cost accounting or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proven track record of driving cost optimization and improving financial performance
