We are seeking a Dental Assistant (Dental Nurse) to join our team at Aesthetics Dental Care in South Jakarta. You’ll assist our dental team in delivering high-quality dental care, from preparing patients for procedures to assisting during treatments. This position offers a competitive salary of IDR 4000000 - 7000000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist dental professionals in preparing patients for dental procedures, including taking X-rays and preparing treatment areas.
• Operate dental equipment such as Dentsply Sirona and KaVo systems, ensuring they are used correctly and safely.
• Provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, answering inquiries and addressing their concerns.
• Assist in various dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions, under the supervision of dental professionals.
• Keep the dental clinic clean and organized, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and sterilization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and best practices through continuous professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or degree in Dental Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Nurse.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and equipment, including Dentsply Sirona and KaVo systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and sterilization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
