• Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
• Ensure tenant satisfaction through regular maintenance and responsive service
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely property maintenance
• Manage financial aspects including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Leverage SAP and Microsoft Office for efficient property management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations
• Implement strategies to enhance tenant experiences and property values
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in residential and commercial sectors
• Proven track record in financial management and budgeting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) is a plus
