📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses using advanced equipment such as spectrometers, chromatographs, and other specialized tools.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Inspect and maintain electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and electrical maintenance.
• Document test results, maintenance activities, and safety inspections in a detailed and organized manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and safety of our products and services.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory technology, electrical maintenance, or a similar role.
• Certification in laboratory safety and electrical safety (e.g., OSHA, SGS, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as LabVIEW, Microsoft Office, and specialized testing software.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and safety compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and train team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus.
