National SDGs Director

As the National SDGs Director at Sustainable Development Institute of Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive SDG action plans tailored to the specific needs of Bangka Belitung. You will leverage your expertise in SDGs, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that our initiatives are effective, scalable, and sustainable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive SDG action plans tailored to the specific needs of Bangka Belitung.
• Oversee the coordination and execution of SDG-related projects, ensuring alignment with national and international goals.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to identify key partners and collaborators for SDG initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of SDG projects, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the impact of SDG initiatives.
• Represent Sustainable Development Institute of Indonesia at national and international forums, advocating for SDG priorities and sharing best practices.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to foster a culture of sustainability and social responsibility.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in SDGs, incorporating innovative approaches into our initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SDG-related work, with a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and their implementation at the national and local levels.
• Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive action plans, budgets, and timelines for complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment, with a commitment to promoting social responsibility and sustainability.
