📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
